3. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Payment Methods

Shipping

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment. This is an economy service.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Period: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, SOCKS and HATS & HEADWEAR are final sale unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

• Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return, credited to the original payment method.
• PayPal Payments: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the return, credited to your PayPal account.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the new items.
• International returns are the customer’s responsibility for shipping costs. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
