Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Fashion Shop items:

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return Form
    We’ll email you a return authorization form and shipping instructions. Please complete the form below and include it with your return package.
  3. Package Your Items
    Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Include the completed return form in your package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send your return package to our fulfillment center at:

  5. Processing
    Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging where possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • SOCKS (all types)
  • HATS & HEADWEAR (all styles)

These items are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
