Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Fashion Shop items:
- Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. - Complete the Return Form
We’ll email you a return authorization form and shipping instructions. Please complete the form below and include it with your return package. - Package Your Items
Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Include the completed return form in your package. - Ship Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and labels attached
- In original packaging where possible
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- SOCKS (all types)
- HATS & HEADWEAR (all styles)
These items are final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
